Valves
Pipeline Services (UK) provides both the manufacture and supply of hot-tapping and line-stopping valves on a global scale. With in-house machining and fabrication facilities, we are able to design valves for a range of sizes from 1″ (25mm) – 48″ (1200mm) and bigger upon application. All valves manufactured in-house are catered to work seamlessly with our hot-tapping and line-stopping equipment and are available for both high and low pressure projects.
Our valves have a standard working pressure of 102 bar (1438 psi) but can be manufactured for higher pressures upon enquiry. All of our equipment is tested and serviced in-house and all hot-tapping and line-stopping valves supplied will be pressure tested before despatch. We also provide a range of valve types including manual or hydraulic operation systems.
- Valves are available for various pressure ratings including #150, #300, #600 and #900
- We provide a wide range of sealing element materials including EPDM, nitrile, buna, viton and other polymers upon enquiry
- Sealing elements are made for most product mediums including water gas and oil with a standard design pressure of 102 bar (1438 psi) and higher upon application
- Elements have a standard operating temperature of 120°c but can be designed for temperatures higher upon application
