Sealing Elements
Sealing elements are a key component of the line-stopping process and at Pipeline Services (UK) we manufacture and supply various material types and sizes of sealing elements globally. Our elements range from 1″ (25mm) – 48″ (1200mm) and bigger upon application.
As we cover every sector of the industry including water, gas and oil, we cater for all job’s specifically dependant on the product medium. Our sealing elements are available for both low and high pressure applications with a standard design pressure of 102 bar (1438 psi) and higher upon application.
- All elements come drilled and ground or unground dependant on client preference
- We provide a wide range of sealing element materials including EPDM, nitrile, buna, viton and other polymers upon enquiry
- Sealing elements are made for most product mediums including water gas and oil with a standard design pressure of 102 bar (1438 psi) and higher upon application
- Elements have a standard operating temperature of 120°c but can be designed for temperatures higher upon application
